Dr. Larry Spieles founded our clinic in 1961. His son, Dr. Doug Spieles, continued that work—and today, Dr. Doug practices alongside his own sons, Dr. Derek and Dr. Josh.

Do you accept insurance?+
We are a direct-pay practice and do not bill insurance. Payment is due at the time of care. Ask our office about current individual rates and wellness care options.
Can I use HSA or FSA funds?+
Our office accepts HSA and FSA payments. Eligibility depends on your plan and the service; check with your plan administrator. We can provide a receipt for your records.
Can you provide a superbill?+
Yes. After you receive and pay for care, you can request an itemized superbill to submit to your insurer. Any reimbursement is determined by your insurance plan and is not guaranteed.
How do I access supplements?+
Use the supplement store link to visit the clinic’s Fullscript storefront. Fullscript handles sign-in and ordering. If you need help deciding what to take, call our care team first.
