Our story began with Dr. Larry Spieles in 1961. His son Dr. Doug joined the practice, followed by Dr. Doug’s sons, Dr. Derek and Dr. Josh. Three generations share the joy of helping this community and the privilege of being part of our patients’ lives.

Douglas Spieles, D.C.
Dr. Doug graduated from the National College of Chiropractic in 1988. His love of sports shaped his interest in injury care and prevention. Prenatal and pediatric care are also important parts of his practice. He values care for each patient’s physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
Derek Spieles, D.C.
Dr. Derek graduated cum laude from Life University in 2019. Before chiropractic school, he spent seven years in Catholic seminary. Faith and continuing education shape his approach. His internship focused on disc concerns, spinal decompression, and spine imaging.
Josh Spieles, D.C.
After studying health and rehabilitation sciences at Ohio State, Dr. Josh earned his chiropractic degree at Life University in 2020. His experience with children, pregnant women, and athletes continues to shape his practice. As a third-generation chiropractor, he is glad to carry on the family tradition.
Lisa Boerger, Reflexologist
Certified through the International Institute of Reflexology; also an herbal consultant.
