Our transition to direct-pay care
Beginning October 1, 2026, Spieles Chiropractic Clinic became a direct-pay practice and no longer bills insurance for chiropractic services. Payment is due at the time of care. Please contact our office for current individual rates and wellness care options.
Can I use HSA or FSA funds?
Our office accepts HSA and FSA payments. Eligibility depends on your plan and the service; check with your plan administrator. We can provide a receipt for your records.
Can I request a superbill?
After you receive and pay for care, you can request an itemized superbill to submit to your insurer. Any reimbursement is determined by your insurance plan and is not guaranteed.
